1. About These Terms

These Terms of Sale apply to all bookings and purchases made with BrickQuest, including brick building sessions, party bookings, and gift vouchers. By completing a booking or purchase, you agree to these terms.

BrickQuest is operated from England. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

2. Pricing

• BrickQuest Builder Sessions: £8 per child per 1 hour session
• Freeplay Party: £180 for up to 20 children (£5 per additional child up to 25 children)
• Challenge Party: £220 for up to 20 children (£5 per additional child up to 25 children)
• Gift Vouchers: Available as displayed on our website

All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.

3. Booking & Payment

Sessions: Payment is due in full at the time of booking. Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.

Parties: A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your party date. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event by bank transfer.

We accept payment by card (via Stripe) and bank transfer. Payment details will be provided at the time of booking.

4. Booking Confirmation

Once your booking is confirmed and payment received, you will receive a confirmation by email. Please check your confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if any details are incorrect.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Our full cancellation policy is set out in our Cancellation Policy. In summary:

• Session cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund or credit note
• Cancellations within 48 hours of a session are non-refundable
• Party deposits are non-refundable
• Party cancellations made more than 14 days in advance will not incur further charges beyond the deposit
• Party cancellations within 14 days may be subject to the full party fee

6. Gift Vouchers

• Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
• Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced
• Vouchers can be used toward any BrickQuest session

7. Session Changes & Availability

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. illness, venue issues, insufficient bookings). In such cases, we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund. We will give as much notice as possible.

8. Health, Safety & Supervision

Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times during sessions unless otherwise agreed. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child is fit to participate. Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs at the time of booking.

BrickQuest accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal belongings brought to sessions.

9. Photography

We may take photographs during sessions for use on our website and social media. We will always seek consent before photographing children. If you do not wish your child to be photographed, please inform us before the session begins or at the time of booking.

10. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms of Sale affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
